Magasin 4 Guided Visit

Living Lab Leemsteen warmly invites you to a special visit of the brand-new Magasin 4 concert hall, just before its official opening.

This iconic rock venue has been built with Léém Compressed Earth Blocks, chosen for their exceptional acoustic performance (-55 dB with only 140 cm thickness). It’s a unique opportunity to see the material in use at scale, ask your questions directly, and discover how earth can shape tomorrow’s construction practices.

The visit will be guided by Ken De Cooman, who will share insights into the design and building process.
